1. About Stake Studio

Stake Studio ("Stake," "we," "us") is an equity-based marketing venture program operated by Scalable Marketing. We accept applications from early-stage companies interested in funded growth marketing partnerships. We operate this website at stake.studio.

2. No commitment from Stake Studio

Submitting an application does not create any agreement, partnership, investment, or commitment from Stake Studio. We review every application but we do not guarantee a response, an intro call, an offer, an investment, or any work of any kind. Selection is at Stake Studio's sole discretion.

Nothing on this site, in any communication from Stake Studio, or arising from an application or intro call constitutes an offer to invest, a binding obligation to provide services, or a guaranteed outcome. We make no promise or guarantee of growth, performance, marketing results, revenue, or business success.

3. Selected partnerships are governed by separate, signed agreements

Any work performed by Stake Studio or any investment Stake Studio makes will be governed by a separate, written agreement executed by both parties. The specific vehicle, structure, equity terms, milestones, vesting schedule, services scope, term length, and any other obligations will be defined in that agreement, not on this site. The information on this site is illustrative and is not a binding offer or contract.

4. Application content

By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of any company you reference. You grant Stake Studio permission to review the application internally and to contact you regarding it. You retain ownership of the information you submit; we do not claim any rights to your business, ideas, or intellectual property simply by reviewing your application.

5. Confidentiality

We do not require an NDA to review applications. We will not publish or share application contents publicly. However, please do not submit any information you consider highly confidential or trade-secret without a prior signed NDA, which we will execute on request when a partnership is under serious discussion.

6. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to do business in their jurisdiction. Stake Studio reserves the right to decline any application for any reason.

7. Disclaimers

This site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representation about the accuracy, completeness, or future availability of the Stake Studio program. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the program at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stake Studio and Scalable Marketing are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any application you submit. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed $100.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
